 Mrs Annie Dereck, grand daughter of François DeGols (who founded the famous restaurant "Rugbyman N°1" over fifty years ago now) is, in a manner of speaking, omnipresent in her establishment.
It has a typically Brussels atmosphere. From the kitchen, she prepares numerous lobster, shrimps and fish dishes as well as other Belgian specialities such as home made shrimp croquettes, oyster backed with Champagne or stewed eels in butter sauce.
In the dining room she takes it upon herself to welcome all guests who from the beginning have very often been international stars, well known sportsmen and names from the world of Belgian and European politics.
